Robert Richter is the Founder and CEO of Imminent Ventures, bringing 20 years of expertise in commercial real estate development, construction, brokerage, and management across the United States and Latin America. Throughout his career, he has led and executed complex real estate initiatives, specializing in industrial logistics development and large-scale commercial projects. Robert co-founded and led NAI Panama, a real estate brokerage and commercial construction firm based in the Republic of Panama. Under his leadership, the company became one of the largest commercial brokerage operations in the country, alongside thriving construction and property management divisions, all of which he successfully exited. Prior to founding Imminent Ventures, Robert served as Director & Partner at McCraney Property Company in Orlando, overseeing Central and North Florida markets. He also held the role of Vice President at Flagler, Florida’s largest commercial real estate developer and a subsidiary of Fortress Investment Group (NYSE: FIG), where he led new market entry and master-planned industrial developments throughout Florida and Latin America. With a deep understanding of logistics real estate, Robert has successfully led projects from land acquisition and due diligence to project design, construction management, leasing, and disposition. He holds a bachelor’s degree with Honors from Wake Forest University, where he earned a varsity letter in football, and an MBA in Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
