Delivering Q3 2022: This development is a 727,160 Square Foot, Class-A industrial center, located just west of Interstate 75 and adjacent to Ocala International Airport (OCF). ALP’s location within Ocala affords efficient access to Interstate 75, one of the East Coast’s main north-south thoroughfares. Consequently, Ocala offers far superior population reach than Tampa / Lakeland / Orlando - reaching over 39% more people within a 6-hour commute.
